March for Hunger assembly

Today we held our March for others assembly.

The students collected items for the food shelf at RAMS.

Reading plays

This afternoon we each received a part to read. Students practiced their part of the play. In class on Friday we will share with the other part of class.

Reading MCA test kicks off today

This afternoon we kicked off our reading MCA and enjoyed some extra outside time!

Today we worked on our final project of our poem and watercolor based on William Carlos Williams.

Today we learned about teamwork and how to prevent bullying.

Watercolor instruction

Today we learned 12 different water color techniques. We practiced these 12 different ways to work with watercolors. We will be using our knowledge of watercolor to paint a picture linked to our poem.

Archaeologist comes to visit

Today we enjoyed learning about the study of the past. We learned how Mrs. Karen gill gerbil goes on a dig. We learned what pepople need on sites. It was fun to learn about the tools archaeologists use in the field .

Keywords

Today we learned about the importance of using keywords in searching the internet.
